I love using the New Arrival cricut cartridge for my daughter's scrapbook.  I used it to make the bubbles on the layout below as well as the title, bathtub, baby in the tub,and the duck on the right side of the page.  I used the Martha Stewart circle cutter to make the larger bubbles with the pictures inside.

Here is a closeup of the title.

 I cut a piece of brown cardstock to try to match my daughter's hairstyle.  :)
